Presumably we try things on, we look in the mirror, and we think "does this look good on me?" If the answer is no, we put it back...right? Then what is it doing in our closets? Are we color-blind? You made a bold move. I hope I can take your lead.Kelleyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03169463848833571254noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2837675768211427991.post-81770751223068578382010-10-28T14:08:24.240-07:002010-10-28T14:08:24.240-07:00I love that you got your colors done. I am equally proud and ashamed of the fact that I know I am a winter and before moving to LA, actually gave away or sold anything that wasn't a aqua/robins egg blue, leaf green, cool pink or lavender. (I do have some navy, khaki and charcoal pants, but only because I don't want to look like a clown when I walk out the front door.)

I know another winter, and I have to say, it's only re-enforced my belief in the value of knowing what looks good on you. If I had all the time in the world, I would go around helping people figure out what season they are and throwing out all their unflattering clothes.Katehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09313738786459612583noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2837675768211427991.post-73020899943398385502010-10-25T17:41:26.033-07:002010-10-25T17:41:26.033-07:00Yeah, I was showing the book to someone to support...Yeah, I was showing the book to someone to support the fact that I can't wear it, and there in the top right corner is a purple I supposedly can wear. Lavenders are fine, but purples are hard. I need yellow-toned things, warmer. My mom couldn't decide if you were a spring or an autumn. Red-heads are often autumns, but she thought you could wear all of the spring colors because your hair is more strawberry than straight-red. You wore brown and orange to Tonia's wedding, and she commented how perfect that was for you.Kelleyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03169463848833571254noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2837675768211427991.post-71305777514930058352010-10-25T17:16:45.328-07:002010-10-25T17:16:45.328-07:00Your mom was pretty spot on with fashion advice, a...Your mom was pretty spot on with fashion advice, actually.
